News / Recovery update

I've been a little lazy updating. I'm back from Hossegor since the 23rd of January. I also had a meeting on the 23rd with the Bergman Clinic. This is where I got operated. They checked on my knee and told me everything was perfect and I'm doing well.

I was planning on writing a kind off diary but because most of the days are the same, and I'm just training, it isn't that fun to read and write.

Just quick status update.
I started walking without arm crunches after 3 weeks post-opp. and the feeling of new ACL is really nice. The knee feels stable.
Now, 10 weeks post opp, I'm doing good and training full on with weights. Not heavy but a lot of repetitions Here are some of the exercices I do:

one leg, 40 KG leg press, 3 times 20
squad, 25 KG, 3 times 25
Deadlift, 25 KG, 3 times 15

That's all for now.
